CAAN Strategic Plan
2024-2027
In 2024, the Capital Area Autism Network developed a strategic plan to help direct the activities of the network. We established our long-term objectives and vision to be the premier network of members convening to provide support and education to address the most pressing needs of the autism and neurodivergent community. As we homed in on how to put our vision into practice, we developed three key objectives through 2027:
INCREASE CONNECTION-Grow the network by 20 percent annually
PROMOTE OPPORTUNITY-Establish a business network of 200 members
INVEST IN INCLUSION-Inaugurate an annual neurodiversity conference and secure sustainable funding sources for a $1 million annual operating budget
